Weston's latest trick is trying to walk! He HATES being put on his tummy and will flip over every time we try.....he could care less about learning to crawl...especially now that trying to walk is SO much better! (What have we done to ourselves?!)

David & Emma Ward came up for President's Day weekend. They brought my mom too! What a fun, quick trip! We loved getting to hang out with them!

Weston was fascinated with David's mouth and loved snuggling with Emma. So funny! It was the first time he got to meet them!

These are the gorgeous flowers Jeff gave me for Valentines Day!! (He did so great!) Jeff had a fun time the night before Valentine's getting these (and then the balloon in the morning was another funny story!) but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy them very long. After a couple days we realized they were giving Jeff REALLY BAD allergies! Luckily we took a picture, so we can enjoy them without the sneezing and headache!

Isn't this the saddest picture! It's the only one we were able to get on Feb. 13, the day he turned 8 months old, It's very difficult growing older, after all! Even though he's so sad...we still think he's adorable!

I'm trying out some new ways to post pictures....so here's my first try! This is Weston's first piggy back ride. He thought it was pretty fun, but he didn't quite get the holding on thing. But piggy backs are a lot nicer on my hair!!!

Okay...so we tried giving Weston a shoulder ride for the first time. He definitely thought it was cool.....to pull Mom's hair!! That's how he held on. Can I just say...OW!! But it was pretty hilarious. We're working on piggy back rides now...not as painful!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
We had a pretty kick back New Year's Eve. Shar and Trav came over after Weston was in bed. We watched the movie Chocolat and had sparkling cider We're all old fogies now and were SOOOO tired by midnight! (Can you tell in the pictures?!)
We'll see what kinds of exciting things 2007 brings!

Weston got to meet his crazy uncle Shawn (left) for the first time when the whole Abreu Fam came to Utah for Christmas. Everyone took a day to help Shar and Trav on the house... they finally got to move in the week after Christmas. Wahoo!

With Dad on Christmas Morning, trying out his cool new jumper. He LOVES this jumper and does so great in it. :) Welll....this will be all for the Christmas pics. The rest were all taken on my mom's camera and we still need to get them. But we had a great Christmas 2006!!!
